About Us
At Humanities 101, we focus on empowering neurodivergent individuals, their families, and communities to thrive—at work, at home, and in their daily lives. We deliver this outreach through real-world strategies and our PB&J Framework—an educational and fun tool that teaches patience, understanding behaviors as communication, and the power of just being present.
The Humanities 101 Foundation was founded by and for autistic individuals.
Our mission is to normalize neurodivergence in all of its forms. We focus on autism and neurodivergent outreach and education with workshops and community discussions. We believe that there is no such thing as “Normal.” We also seek to provide support and provide resources to autists, their families, and their communities. We believe that access and belonging leads to a stronger community.
Mission Statement
Our mission is to aid organizations in fostering an inclusive community for their stakeholders. We celebrate human diversity and the human experience by exploring and appreciating stories and experiences to cultivate empathy, critical thinking, and a deeper connection for all humans.
We offer human-centered research and support to harness the untapped potential and ultimately illuminate the beauty of the human experience through compassion and understanding.
What We Offer
Our flagship program, NACHOS—Neuro-Affirming Conversation Hour for Outreach and Support—creates spaces for honest conversations rooted in science, self-care, and practical growth.
Beyond NACHOS, we offer neurodivergent professional coaching, neuro-affirming parent coaching, and lead research and community partnership initiatives to build stronger, more supportive systems. Everything we do is about giving people the tools they need to live, work, and lead on their own terms—and helping organizations, families, and communities meet them with real understanding and respect.

Areas of Interest
Neurodivergent Professional Coaching
Certified personal coaches (who are neurodivergent themselves) work with neurodivergent adults to help them move from burnout to balance. By using Micro-accommodations, we help create actionable and manageable steps to achieve their goals.
Disability Outreach & Community Building
Stories and communities are essential to who we are as humans. One of our biggest projects is the normalization of “no normal.” Our projects seek to document as many human stories about myriad topics in the human experience and create environments where real connections can happen.
Neuro-Affirming Coaching for Parents of Autistic Children
As one of the few organizations in the United States certified in Cothu – the Irish system of neuro-affirming parenting for autistic children – we offer real help to parents of autistic children. We help you create a home and environment where both you and your child will thrive.
