One of the first resources and micro-accommodations that Humanities 101 developed was our Nonspeaking Communication Aide.

  • Not everyone has the ability to speak all the time without it being highly dysregulating.
  • Tools that offer an alternative way to convey needs can help an individual with selective mutism during times of overstimulation.
  • Nonspeaking moments are valid.

Our intent with this sticker is to help individuals express their thoughts and needs, making it easier for them to communicate and connect with others.
